SAN JOSÉ, CA- A wild monkey rips off Old Man McBuckets toupee at a local farmer's market on March 7, 2017 because the monkey thought that the toupee would look better on himself. The monkey - who is named Bobo Banana - is a Golden Lion Tamarin monkey.
When the cops asked Bobo for an explanation on why he ripped off McBuckets’ toupee, his exact words were: “OOOWEEOOO my KOSO EEEEEEE toupee AHHH SEEEEEEEE OO now HAHAHA EEEE OOO.”
Later that day, police interviewed Bobo Banana’s owner, who does not want to reveal her name.
The monkey’s owner claims that what he was trying to say was that “it was his toupee now and Bobo thought the toupee would look better on himself”. In the owner's herself thought that Old Man McBuckets’ hair looked like a bird’s nest.
The owner claims: “Bobo simply just wanted Old Man McBuckets toupee because he has secretly always wanted to be a blonde, he wasn't trying to cause any harm.”
Although no harm was caused to Old Man McBuckets, he was not too thrilled that a wild monkey ripped off his hair, especially while he was peacefully buying some veggies at the farmers market.
His response was: “I'm very agitated that this monkey had the guts to take his buggy hands and rip my expensive toupee right off my head.” The policeman states that the toupee belonged to Mr. McBuckets’ great-great-grandfather.
After this tragic event happened, police interviewed a nearby witness named Soupy Sally, who says, “ I don't know what exactly happened other than that I turned around and saw a monkey launching himself at Old Man McBuckets’ head like a flying squirrel. If I were Old Man McBuckets I would also be upset. Don't get me wrong though, that toupee was atrocious!”
Although Bobo Bananas owner purchased Old Man McBuckets a new toupee, he is still trying to file a lawsuit against the monkey and his owner for violation of personal space. On the other hand, the monkey's owner is not going to stop arguing this case until her monkey is satisfied.
So as we learned: never take your pet monkey to the farmers market, they will end up causing monkey business.
